Real Stories, Real Satisfaction
From start to finish (and even after), I have been impressed by Epic Pools. Communication is huge for my husband and me! Conner was great, patient when I changed my mind several times, took months to move forward and he never stopped trying to make my vision come to life. As a result I have my dream pool! The process was seamless and even better, they finished 2 weeks ahead of already fast schedule!! My family and I are so grateful for such a great experience and so thankful my research continued to lead me back to Epic & Conner! Wouldn’t change a thing! Looking forward to making memories for many years to come!

We are so glad we used Epic Pools. We appreciated the communication through out the entire process. We were updated every week as to what to expect. The job site was kept clean during the build. Everyone from Paul to Tracy were very professional. If we had any questions, they were answered in a timely manner. We met in February and were swimming by the 4th of July. We highly recommend Epic Pools!

Can’t say enough about Epic, they were amazing to work with. From the initial consultation with Doug Souers, through the entire build process with Nick, to the final pool school with George and Aron, everything was great. The pricing was fair and I loved the level of communication from the office and Nick as we progressed through the process. When you think of building a pool you probably don’t think about the process being fun, however Epic made it fun! I would highly recommend contacting Doug at Epic to anyone in the market for a pool.

If you are interested in having a pool put in and creating your own backyard oasis, look no further than Epic Pools in St. John’s county. From design to installation, this family owned business offers unmatched designs, in a very systematic, low key, friendly approach. Throughout the entire build, there was a high level of weekly communication and someone was always available to answer our questions in a timely fashion. They always stayed true to their timelines throughout each phase and had our family swimming in no time! High quality work and offerings at very reasonable prices! We couldn’t be more pleased with our final product!

Our experience with Epic Pools was amazing! Very clear on the each of the steps needed to complete the pool and very responsive to all our questions. They also finished the pool almost 3 weeks in advance of the time they initially told us it was to be completed! Very happy with everything, can’t wait for summer! We also had our pavers extended with them and they were done very quickly. Thank you!

The first thing we noticed missing from our new home was a pool. I've heard horror stories about how awful the process can be and was nervous making this commitment. I chose Epic on a recommendation and it was such the right decision. Connor and his team were so communicative, professional and looking to ensure our total satisfaction. It's been 8 months now and we're just as pleased as the day it was finished. They were very competitive on pricing, but I would have honestly paid more for the fine job they did. Highly recommend them above all others in the area.

We used Epic Pools to design and build our inground gunite pool. Despite the inventory challenges faced by pool companies today, Epic completed the job with minimal delays and excellent workmanship. We are very pleased with the end product, as well as their responsiveness and communication throughout the process. I highly recommend this local business to anyone in the search for a reputable pool company.

Our experience with Epic Pools was amazing. The whole Epic Pool staff was great but Paul really made the experience a memorable one. Paul helped us design the pool and routinely checked in to see if we had any questions throughout the whole build. Epic was very competitively priced and they finished way ahead of schedule. Overall, we were very impressed with the whole process especially the communication. Tracy allways sent us weekly emails letting us know what to expect next and to see if we had any questions.

Have used Epic Pools for a new pool build, equipment replacement and ancillary equipment purchases. I can absolutely recommend them in all areas. I have found them to be professional, value conscious, honest and would not use another company. Conner and Stan in particular are who I would recommend to anyone looking to either build or refurbish an existing pool.
You will not be disappointed with this company

Connor with Epic pools built, designed & delivered our pool successfully and on time. We also used them a year later to put a Pool heat pump. We leaned on him to get it done it a short period of time. His team went above and beyond to make sure that heater was in for us. The customer service is outstanding and he has great trust worthy team around him. I would highly recommend Epic pools to anyone and I will come back to them in the future if needed.
